Social changes in our society create gaps and justice bridge these gaps. Because it is well-said that one who husbands justice, garners prosperity. Distributive justice is a kind of social justice and under a social justice, society seeks to establish equality in relationships. Turbulent changes are happening in our society and establishing equality in relationships in terms of social, economic and political has become difficult therefore today it needs responsibilities must be cast on authorities to do justice by going beyond legal justice as per preambles and directive principles of our constitution and in consonance with growing needs and aspirations of our society and laws need to be refurbished as per drastic changes happening in our society. As far as distributive justice which is our constitutional goal it can be achieved by doing social engineering. Media must shoulder responsibilities fearlessly as third pillar of democracy towards providing distributive justice to the lower sections or poor of the society.
