Social control, at least in part, stems from the acquiescence of the controlled. The memes are accepted and reinforcing behaviours and narratives can be generated (unwittingly) from the acquiescent. A Simple Childs game becomes a manifestation of the acceptance and reinforcemnt of surveillance.
