Social media has really opened up opportunity for empaths and introverts to express themselves and help people. Ive never been much of an introvert, ive always been very outspoken, but have always had every single symptom of what an empath is describe as though, which is a main reason to why i spend 99% of my time alone. I always have. Its strange when you can explain to a complete stranger how theyre feeling and why theyre feeling that way better than they could ever have possibly imagined doing themselves. I cant go into the local grocery store without feeling what the 20 people around me are feeling. Forget clubs, that was a nightmare in the last few years I worked in them as my body became more sensitive to energy. Way too much heavy energy and insecurity going on in clubs and those places. i can barely cut through it with a chainsaw. i can feel that vortex of insecurity and desperate energy 100s of feet away. I think its amazing the opportunity social media has given though. Some people might think thats not how they are in person usually though (as they think back to a past time experience they had with this person, a very small portion of that persons entire life and make an overall life assumption/judgement based on how quiet they were a few times), but maybe thats because they arent comfortable with you or dont think youre worth their conscious energy prioritized over other issues. thats more than likely the case.
