“Societal Decay” 12-3-14 98.8% of all police shootings in the US are deemed justified reports say, Dunno who’s bigger thugs these rappers or these cops today. If you haven’t noticed guys, people are getting blown away, Which I believe is just another sign of societal decay. I eventually grew out of my “F*ck The Police” phase, Thinking most cops were good, with respect I was raised. Then I find out not all cops should hold a gun, If they choose to use lethal force on a man without one. Don’t get me wrong America, don’t get it twisted please, I respect the men and women who put their lives on the line for me, A reason we need police is for order, cuz there’s haves and have-nots. But is this really how these cops were trained and taught? Moments of chaos with intervals deadly, Sounds of gunshots and moans are the medley. I have bipolar & schizophrenia too, but i take my pill, Otherwise, apparently, I could easily get killed. Excessive force? What about pepper spray? Bean bags, tasers no but we want a horrific display. The media wants us to be very, very afraid, This is why they cover these stories they cover in their crusade. Another homeless man camping is gonna need a knife, But little does he knows that’s why they end his life. The officers gave their word he would not be harmed, I guess a little deception is no reason to be alarmed. After 6 shots fired he lays on the ground in pain, Then they release the dog when he could be easily restrained. A knife in each hand they discover on the man, Guess that’s why at first they said it was justified damn. Protesters say excessive force was used, I think the officer’s power was again abused, The chief Gordon Eden said he made a mistake, Saying it it was not justified, but a life was at stake. A society desensitized to violence is somethin, These teenagers catching murders and talkin like it’s nothin. You can hear about a cop shooting on the news now almost every day, How can this not be some form of societal decay. Or maybe it’s bigger than that, the media corporations want us scared, So damn afraid we accept Marshall Law with our rights spared. In 2011 gang members murdered .0013 civilians per capita, Cops killed .0008, ⅔ of the gang killings, not losing any stamina. I grew up on Dead Prez saying to start a revolution, But most of us are too busy with this social media pollution. Please, trust me riots and looting isn’t a solid solution. It just adds to the chaos and gives more reasons for public execution. Mentally ill people being taken down at alarming rates, There go I with my medicine and nothing but God’s grace. A confused man isn’t harmful, he needs meds not bullets, Yet when he is so gone he can’t comply, the hammers oh they pull it. These “unnecessary shootings” causing robbing and looting, and protests and people outraged, our nation is diluting. This is making us weaker and weaker, more and more every day, What are we gonna do about this staggering societal decay? After these people get shot down to the ground like a vandal They then get jumped on and before cuffed they get manhandled, Then ensues another cop killing scandal, but enough is enough Dude’s been shot, multiple times, and you wanna get rough!? In Saginaw Michigan there’s 6 cops to 1 mentally ill man, Who is seen with yet again with a knife in his hand, Tasers are old school I guess, leave ‘em for the birds Between 30 to 46 shots were then heard. Resisting arrest now means to unload your clips, And then told how to give your report, strings on your lips. 10 years ago that crazy homeless guy that was shot could have been me, 10 years from now things will be worse, not a pessimist just how it’ll be. I bet over half maybe less of these victims killed are white, But they protest with signs and not start riots, right? A half deaf white man carving as he walked, Not knowing by a blood thirsty cop he’s stalked. Kneejerk reactions cuz the cops are really factions, To protect, serve and use lethal force to non-threatening actions. The cat’s out of the bag, but please put it back in, When cops are more guilty than thugs when it comes to blastin’. What about training? Police firing 6 shots all missed, Into the bodies of two innocent bystanders the slugs kissed. Then they smarten up and use their tasers to subdue the guy, Too little too late, off his meds and now he’s resting below or in the sky. I can see the point of firing a nonlethal shot if your life’s in danger, But operating like a team of Navy Seals or Army Rangers? Please stop the violence, the killing, for it’s our trust you betray.
