Society Has Lost Its Moral and Spiritual Conscious: Right now, society is operating out of a reckless and dangerous mentality where people would rather justify the killing of a human being rather than operate on a higher moral and spiritual conscious. I cant speak for God, but I dont think he approves. We have lost the care and concern for others. We label, we stereotype, we act out of a distorted and irrational sense of fear, and then we shoot and kill. I will not entertain any rationale that its okay to kill another person if you have the opportunity to use a more humane sense of judgment. I dont care whether you are a police or a regular citizen, you are not entitled or have some divine right to murder because you feel justified. It angers me that a mother has lost her child, as so many others have, and we debate about whether the child deserved to die. What God do you serve when you forget that Christ came to give you life. What about your stuff? Your ugliness. Your demons, and yet God has spared your life over and over; but you have audacity to even suggest that a Mike Brown should have been killed when the officer had the upper hand and the ability to leave him wounded. There is nothing justified in murder when you have the option to spare a life. Dont ever tell me that youre tired of hearing what Im talking about. Thats the problem. We dont want to have the dialogue and wonder why these issues continue to exist. Maybe I care. That just might be the reason Ive been moved to not remain silent.
