Sofia Vergara was recently snapped wearing the Tom Ford Jennifer sunglasses from Marcolin in LAX. Vergara took a break from her Modern Family duties last summer to film Machete Kills. The plot centers around the U.S. government’s recruitment of Machete (played by Danny Trejo), an ex-federale, who battles his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who wants to launch a weapon into space. Directed by Robert Rodriguez, it is the second in a series that started with 2010’s Machete (presaged by a fake trailer in 2007’s Grindhouse). Trejo, Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez will be reprising their roles and are joined by series newcomers Vergara, Amber Heard, Antonio Banderas, Zoe Saldana, Edward James Olmos, Cuba Gooding Jr., Lady Gaga and Mel Gibson.
