Sold out! It took only one day and all the condos in this proposed new development on Plains Road were sold. I take this as yet another indicator of the growing success and popularity of Aldershots Main Street. The plan includes 45 stacked townhouses along with 6,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. The plan was the subject of a public meeting and is still in the final phase of approvals by the City of Burlingtons Planning Department. If approved, construction would begin late this year. #BurlWard1
