Soldiers from 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, are participating in Vibrant Response 2014, an exercise at Camp Atterbury, Ind., conducted July 21-29 by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North. In the exercise, 5,500 servicemembers and civilians from the military, and other federal and state agencies throughout the country, are training to respond to a catastrophic domestic incident.
