Solid Saturday workout with my man then headed to spend some time enjoying friends and celebrating a birthday. - workout below- So thankful we can enjoy these things together and not feel guilty! (Its taken prayer, time and unlearning some beliefs that had little to do with truth and lots to do with misconceptions. Thank you to Jesus and Dr Mcayla Sarno for helping me past my past.) All we need to be worried about is our faith, our family and if we are fulfilling our purpose. Todays Workout - - 30 Min Cardio - today was the Elliptical for me - Bench Press - 50 reps at 35lbs - Dead Lifts and Bent over Rows -50 rep - 35lbs - 50 Tricep extensions on the ball (black Schnauzer optional) 25 lbs - 50 Bicep curls 20s - Plank abs on the TRX straps - 100 of anything that hurts
