Solid advice from a Man that has been around the block a few times. Our approach may be different, our goals will be different, we most certainly will have different stories and be from different walks of life, but at the end of the day our drive to succeed should be the same amongst entrepreneurs. Meet people where they are if they are trying hard to build their dreams ........during my multiple years here on earth it has been amazing on finding how many people have offered their somewhat negative opinion on what I was trying to attempt. I would venture to say that 95% of those who do not move forward in life or a business venture are stopped by an opinion from someone who has no real merit or credentials in life. I have a friend who owns a billion dollar direct sales company who shared a story about finally be able to take a break and get away with his family for a week in San Juan. He was wearing a branded shirt with his companies name and logo while going through the TSA As he put his shoes and lap top in the bins the TSA agent said your not in that company are you? I had a friend who was in it and never made it work, not a very good company. My friend did not even respond to the person but shared his thoughts later by saying here is a guy who makes $12.00 an hour, putting smelly shoes in bins all day, sharing his financial wisdom with me. I wonder how many of us are listening to the opinion of $12.00 per hour folks who are going know where in life and are dead set to take us with them? My friends, some of you are working day and night to secure your dreams only to have some folks around you work to steal your dream. What favored success I have received thus far in life has been mostly from me learning early that I was not going to listen to the opinion of those who are headed nowhere in life, who live an average life that find energy in the world of Drama over the world of Dreams. I have yet to begin any business venture that folks did not have a reason on why I would fail. Folks, it is imperative that you surround yourself with people who are headed somewhere in life, folks who daily work on building their life in four spheres; mentally, physically, spiritually and socially, work to find people who feed your dreams and tell you you can instead of you cant. I had a person tell me several years ago, Bob, you do not live in the real world, which I replied So true, I tried living in the real world of drama and doubt for the first 31 years of my life and guess what, YOU CAN HAVE IT!! So to everyone reading this today who are working to build their dream, I say forget those who are offering you a negative reason on why what you are attempting will not work, I say, dont worry, for they will not even be at your funeral, much less carrying the casket LOL Today, find someone who believes in you, and allow them to mentor you to the top!
