Solid morning set of classes. For those of you who happened to miss today, you missed out on about a 35 minute mobility set followed by a quick WOD. I took everyone through some of my favorite drills for basic thoracic spine, shoulder (mostly anterior), hip, and ankle mobility. I will be in tonight to run the evening class through a bit of the same. Tomorrow well focus on the lower back specifically the QL, and why you should learn about it. Then well head south to our friends the hip flexors. Ill also get into a bit more detail with the calf muscles for you. Well get into some of my ideas about why youve got some pain when you run and how you might be able to get some relief. Dont miss it, were having some fun this week exploring muscles, posture, and fixing those damn aches.
