Solidarity time for students staying only the 2nd semester ! We are two erasmus students staying for the first semester only at UCC. We are stuggling to find a place to live because leases are only for 9months BUT : A nice landlord is willing to let us a flat during 4months IF we find 2 people willing to take it from January to May and guarantee him that his flat will be occupied during 9months (or more). Its a 2 double-bedroom flat with 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room, floors and matresses are to be changed before we occupy the flat so the photos attached doesnt represent it as it will be in 5days. Believe us it would be a solution for you as well as for us as we are kind of desperate in front of the lack of flexibility of the landlords... Weve been here for a week and still have nowhere to stay... PM if interested and wanted more info
