Solving illegal immigration is easy. The problem is the local, state and federal governments who have no desire to stop breaking our laws. If you cut off the college access ($10,000 fines to colleges), cut off all welfare, all public housing, all jobs (by $10,000 fines to employers), cut off property ownership, cut off owing a car, cut off renting an apartment, cut off all banking, and fine anyone helping the slave trade as our government and private sector are doing, then they will leave and not come back.
