Some Christians say the days of miracles are over and that - TopicsExpress

Some Christians say the days of miracles are over and that speaking in tongues is not for today, then there are some who even go so far as to say that speaking in tongues is of the devil. False religion abounds when men read the Word of God with a carnal mind and twist and wrestle the Scriptures to their own destruction (2 Peter 3:16). The reason there are hundreds of denominations is because men love their unscriptural traditions instead of taking the Word of God for what it says! The Scriptures are of no private interpretation (2 Peter 1:20), so not everyone is going to Heaven with hundreds of different opinions on how to be saved. Most churches have a FORM of godliness, but they deny the power thereof! (2 Timothy 3:5). There is only ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, and ONE BAPTISM (Ephesians 4:5) and that is not comprised of hundreds of denominations all teaching and preaching something different all under the label of Christianity! All of false Christendom may be united in what they call Ecumenicalism, but Gods true church is His Jesus Name church, preaching and teaching that a person must be born again of WATER and of the SPIRIT (John 3:3-5) and that repentance, baptism in Jesus name and the infilling of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38), with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues (Acts 2:4), is the plan of salvation for ALL MANKIND. The Book of Acts is the blueprint for the church today and is the only book in the Bible that records actual conversion experiences. Throughout the Book of Acts, everyone was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38, Acts 8:16, Acts 10:48, Acts 19:5, Acts 22:16) and when they received the Holy Ghost, they spoke in tongues (Acts 2:4, Acts 10:45-46, Acts 19:1-6). The Epistles (Romans-Jude) were letters written to CHURCHES that were already established, and explain how to live a victorious Christian life to people who were already saved, but they are not telling people how to get saved. Romans 10:9-13 is not the plan of salvation, but is simply a paraphrase of Deuteronomy 30:12-14, stating that Christ (Romans 10:6-7) and the preaching of Christ (Romans 10:8) are available to all, and not just Israel (Romans 10:13). The only way to receive righteousness is by faith (Romans 10:6), by believing and confessing (Romans 10:9-10), or in other words by the OBEDIENCE of faith (Deuteronomy 30:12-14). Both the law and the preaching of Christ point to the same conclusion: the OBEDIENCE of faith, and not just merely easy believism or mental assent. True belief and confession of Christ lead to obedience in repentance, water baptism in Jesus name, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. Thus, if you truly believe on Jesus, you will obey His Word and act on it...True faith is obedient, not disobedient. There are not many ways to Heaven...there is only ONE WAY. You must be born again of water and of the Spirit or you will not inherit the kingdom of God (John 3:5). You must live a holy and separated life unto God! (Hebrews 12:14). Sorry Baptists, but youve come too late to tell me that speaking in tongues is not for today and that its of the devil. Gods Spirit is being poured out on ALL FLESH today just as it was 2,000 years ago! Sorry Catholics, instead of praying to Mary, you need to receive the Holy Ghost like she did on the Day of Pentecost! Mary, the mother of Jesus was a tongue-talking Pentecostal! Its time to GET SAVED, people! Time is running out! Dont wait, OBEY ACTS 2:38!!!!
