Some History of Congress Party: 1) In 1970s, Congress party declared emergency in India and indulged in large scale civil liberties violations. 2) In 1984, the Congress Government at Delhi used a puppet Governor Ram Lal to overthrow the democratically elected Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N.T.Rama Rao, who had complete majority in the State Assembly. A N.T.Rama Rao, who had returned to India after a heart bypass surgery went to President Gyani Jail Singh sitting in a wheel chair. What followed next is massive horse tradding attempts by Congress Party to save its face that it installed a new Chief Minister N.Bhaskar Rao, who had no majority. N.T.Rama Rao took all his MLAs to Bangalore to stop Congress from buying its MLAs in Hyderabad. In a months time, N.T.Rama Rao proved his majority and became Chief Minister. Governor Ram Lal had to resign in shame. 3) It is alleged that Elections in the State of Jammu and Kashmir were rigged by Congress Party and National Conference for decades in 60s and 70s. This ultimately led to serious problems for India. 4) Congress played vote bank and caste politics. 5) Congress did nothing to stop Dynasty politics in India. It jumped into it. 6) In the State of Punjab, Congress played dirty divide and rule policies to deal with Akali Dal and it allowed terrorists to gather in Golden Temple. Then, it attacked the Golden temple with a massive army and tanks, which led to a huge loss of innocent life, including loss of lives of soldiers. The religious shrine was damaged. 7) Congress Party used the slogan Garibi Hatao in 1980s. It is using the same slogan even today. 8) Congress Government has arrested more than 3,00,000 (3 Lac) women under Section 498a of Indian Penal Code in last 10 years of its rule. They were arrested without investigation or without any evidence being collected to establish if they are innocent or guilty. Most of these women are threatened by Police and even illegally detained. This is called, Womens Empowerment by Rahul Gandhi. (More details: at ncrb.nic.in) 9) In 1980s, there were serious Corruption allegations against Congress Party and kickbacks given to middlemen in Arms Industry regarding purchase of Bofors Guns. 10) Bodyguards of Indias prime minister Indira Gandhi assassinated her. Congress Party has no common sense to protect its own leader, how can it protect you and me? 11) After assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, there were massive riots in Delhi and also many parts of India, where Sikh people were killed brutally. These riots were promoted by Congress goons. 11) Nehrus Socialism moved India backwards, while many countries in South East Asia overtook India in terms of economic growth and prosperity. 12) Congress Party made Indias Judiciary dysfunctional. Today, there are 3.5 crore pending court cases in India. So, you forget about any justice. The Misdeeds of Congress Party in last 10 years are all well known. So, I am not going to write anything about it.
