Some Saturday Fitavation- Youre not going to lose weight overnight... (if youre doing it the right way) If you do, plan on gaining it all back plus an extra 10+. If youre pregnant, dont expect to lose it all right away. And if you do, try to not show it off. Some of us struggle. If youre breastfeeding, or planning to, remember youre nourishing your baby... You need the calories to keep your supply up as well as for yourself. Exercise and eat properly, and watch your portions. It will come off with time. Dont breastfeed for the sole purpose of losing weight, because for many it wont happen. Many gain. Many stall. Breastfeed because your baby needs the best nourishment there is and only YOU can provide it! You owe it to your baby! Everyone starts somewhere. Dont compare your journey to anothers. Dont obsess. Set the right example for others and balance your life as any other would. Dont be stubborn. Someone out there knows more than you, and someone out there knows less than you. LEARN and soak up education. Google is a bastard. Go to someone who is educated. Your pant size doesnt matter. If the number bothers you then dont wear pants. Seriously. No pants dance. Progress pictures are more important than the scale. If the scale bothers you, throw it away. I dont listen to whiners. Dont assume lack of weight loss is due to a health issue. Evaluate your lifestyle and diet first. Many times you arent eating enough, too much, the wrong foods, maybe not sleeping enough, high stress... If you give less than 100% effort youll get less than 100% results. Stop saying you cant. You can. And last... Your mind will give up before your body. Push it to the limit.
