Some South African grazing specialist once said that if the Lord would have known that the South African Farmers would create the Dorper Sheep, then he would have refrained from creating the harvester termite. Now the same people are trying to create golden, brown, white , yellow and green strains of the plains game species like oryx, springbuck, gnu, and lately even sable. Although these people admit that the new strains in general are smaller in size, they fail to see that they probably are breeding recessive gene material. Naturally these would not survive. AND game farmers actually pay excessive prices at auctions for these freaks of nature....
