Some advice please. Ive just got my first ever road bike on the cycle to work scheme. Its a Boardman ladies Fi roadbike from Halfords (my work only deal with Halfords unfortunately!) Its the smallest frame they do in this bike at 46cm. Ive been setting it up tonight and to be honest Im just a bit scared that I havent got it right. I feel too high up - but its on the lowest seat position. There is about 4 more of the seat tube that looks like it could go down but it wont because of a screw and nut in the frame. Given my nervousness to even try it out now I was wondering whether it would be worth investing in having it setup properly, and if so - could any of you recommend a good bike setter-upper đ I live in Ossett so the nearer to home the better. I feel a bit of a numpty having to ask but Im not a biker, so its all new to me! Thank you
