Some background on what is going on; (7 months ago) Back when my son was born the state got involved under a false report; the case was closed and switched over to services only; well as soon as the second caseworker got my case she took custody of both of my children but only removed my daughter; every time we ask what the reason is the story changes after I complete a task in which they give me; If you want your child you have to do this Well sense my daughter has been in ocs care she has been threw allot a black eye, dog bite to the face, bruise, burns ect. First a emergency home who had a offender in the home than secondly her father who has never been involved until the state took custody he is on probation for 5yrs and he is aggressive. I have raised my daughter her whole life as single mom then my son; I have provided for other children as well I have always been an advocate for children in need;yet they refuse to interview any professionals or witnesses on my behalf, and the problems with my daughter and where she is at are only escalating, and to do anything about it; as I had previously stated it takes money, in which I do not have. I am permanently disabled and when I was pregnant with my son I had went threw fraud after moving into our new home my checkbook was stolen. I was still able to pay bills, buy food and any other needs my children had; so that was not an issue until they took my daughter. For me to Get my daughter back and both of my children out of state custody, I have long fight on my hands but to do so I need a good lawyer and to have a good lawyer I need money which I do not have.
