Some big THANK YOUS need to be said after the Coors Light Shootout and Music Fest! First and foremost, a very big thank you to the McGrath Family, Liz Girl Logistics, Fleck Sales, the Chandler Family, Townsquare Media, and of course the ARCA Midwest Tour for staging an incredible event. After waiting three years to get the ARCA Tour back, an extra few hours waiting out the rain was more than worth it. Thanks also go out to IMCA for their assistance with the Merv Chandler 42. The event wouldnt have happened without the efforts of drivers, crews, Hawkeye Downs staff, Speedway Fire Rescue and fans for helping with the track drying efforts! Also, a very big thank you to the fans that were patient with the weather delays,and track drying. Finally, a very big thank you to the drivers and crews for running every lap of every heat and feature caution-free and in the process putting on some spectacular racing followed by a great concert from Logan Mize! Lets do it again next year! (minus the rain, of course)
