Some building history courtesy of Catherine Wilson of the Greene County Historical Society: Cussins & Fearn from 1930-1962. That building was constructed in 1929-30. After the hardware store it held M&F paint & body shop (1967), county welfare dept. 1968-72, Scott tax service 1977-92, Centennial Furniture mid 80s-1992, Smith TV (briefly), Buckminns Harley-Davidson 1984-2003, then X*ACT. Xenia Standard Parts Co was next door east.
