We all went paleo and basically got a new lease on life - and in many cases, going paleo literally saved our lives. Most of us no longer need any prescription meds and no longer have any symptoms of disease. So, yeah, we are passionate about trying to change the world and minimize the illnesses, the deaths, and the unhappiness that goes with them. We all believe that there are MILLIONS who are sick, some terminal, as a result of following the mainstream nutrition advice who would benefit tremendously, if not be completely cured, on a paleo plan. AND we make no hypocritical statement that you should blindly follow our flag any more than we should have followed the mainstream high grain, low fat flag blindly like we did. We encourage you to BELIEVE NOTHING and do YOUR OWN RESEARCH (that means reading studies firsthand, not talking to people) and, finally, do not form an opinion about paleo, veganism, juice diets, or the mainstream high grain, low fat plan until you try it firsthand for yourself for a reasonable period - 30 days. Although we have a lot in common, we are all wired differently, and we are under no misconceptions that paleo will work for all of you just perfectly. BUT we do believe that the vast majority will be SINGING IN THE STREETS, PRESCRIPTION FREE, like we are and like the thousands upon thousands of other paleo people we know are.
