Some comments on the post from the woman asking if she should report her friend who is getting reduced rent when she shouldnt has led me to wonder about something else. I see a lot of people stating that if a person or a couple is getting financial assistance from the government, they should not be able to afford vacations or be able to purchase a car. For those of you saying all of that, why do you think that is? I often see people saying that women on food stamps or Section 8 shouldnt have nice furniture or electronics, clothes or jewelry. Why do you all believe that?
