Well a lot of days I feel my mind is going 90-nothing and it can be a lot, but I have started a daily devotional again this last week whih may be why I am so in tuned to how aaaahhhhh my life can be(Sundays sermon) but I just had this moment of slow peace that came over me tv seemed quiet, sleep sheep going for p, and it even felt warmer in the hs for that moment then usual.
