Some days are hard to bear and today is definitely one of those days. My heart is so so heavy learning that my coworker/friend lost her husband in a tragic accident this morning. Its days like these that shake my faith yet makes me hold on to it tighter and with everything Ive got! Jeremiah 29:11 rings through my soul with question and doubt...yet lifts my soul with a sense of hope and comforts me knowing He has a plan. Now I can assure you, as a new widow I was completely not comforted by that 5 years ago, as Im sure my friend is not either! However, my prayer to her and her family (and all of us really) is this... Hold on to Him, rely on His strength, let Him wrap you in His loving arms, and eventually know His plan is not to hurt or forsake you. Please, if you can spare a minute of your time, please say a prayer for Michelle, and the Cain family to help them through this very difficult time! ~God Bless~
