Some days it feels like my brain is like the greeting card section of the local dollar store and it has rows & rows of reasons why to give me migraines. Theres a section for Food and one for Too Little Sleep. One for Too Late of a Nap and one for Too Much Sun. Others include: Stress and Hormones and Weather. Then theres this whole BIG section called Just for Fun where my migraines are caused for absolutely no apparent reason just to keep me guessing as to why on earth I would have one. Thats what last night felt like-- a Just for Fun migraine. Except it wasnt fun. And I was super grateful for my friend taking my son to Scouts and for brand new library videos to entertain my other two kiddos since my hubby was gone.
