Some days patience is harder to gather up then others. During those times when you feel tired, overburdened and virtually ambushed by life, take a step back and ask yourself if snapping at everyone is going to make it better. Is it going to be better if you verbally assail yourself with insults? When you understand that your existence will be filled with ups and downs, and that the downs will end more quickly when you dismiss them swiftly, that will make more room for the ups to take charge. Take a few deep breaths when your level of frustration hits a fever pitch. Inhale the joy that you want and exhale the pain for a more peaceful balance.-Jim Fargiano
