Some deadlift technique work this morning, 100kgs plus 16kg chains. Going through the movement to make sure each point is hit. Nowhere near perfect but improving on it daily. Mobility work has helped me big time with this compound lift... Expecting some big numbers from this 8week cycle with kieran hegarty. Glute and hamstring activation here is key. Super lift for ladies to implement into their training for hamstring and butt definition.. Neal
