Some disclaimers are in order, here... (1) My posting this does not mean I am endorsing it. (2) The author has a tendency to deliberately choose provocative images for the shock they may cause in the passing reader. (3) Though the author self-identifies as a Muslim, it may be fair to note that many orthodox Muslims would find him somewhat far from orthodoxy. Having said all that, it is an interesting discussion starter. The topic certainly raises questions about the need for a university to uphold freedom of expression vs a universitys wisdom in marginalizing attempts to offend other groups or desecrate what is most sacred to them, all of which are issues both Muslims and non-Muslims generally find of interest.
