Some easy steps to make your fast easier and to keep your stomach empty simply better in this Ramzan. Just follow the scientific rules of health given below... (i) Dont eat much oilly foods in Seheri because they need much water to be digested. (ii) Eat those foods in Seheri, which can be digested easily but contains much calories which will recover your strength. (iii) Dont do hard works when your stomach is empty. Because it increases your hunger and also harms your body. (iv) Dont think about foods or drinks at the time of fasting. It also increases your hunger. (v) If you be hungry soon, take rest and dont waste your body calories. Youve must to talk fewer to save your body calories. (vi) Dont smell any food. It also increases hunger. (vii) Keep your brain busy in thinking of something when youre too much hungry. Dont focus on the hunger. (viii) Dont eat junk foods in the Iftar. It harms your body very much.
