Some elderly women in Marin County are so funny. Theyre so intrigued by black people. 2 elderly women at the gym kept saying how beautifully brown my skin was...that it was glowing. Then one asked why I was pulling my hair...she said does that make it straighter, I said no...I just dont know what to do with it. That same woman kept asking me about products I used on my skin, hair, asked my name and said she was gonna call me Annie. Youre my little Annie. As she was asking me those things about my hair and saying she was gonna call me Annie, I thought 3 things: 1)I thought about that scene from guess whose coming to town with bernie mac where Ashton kutcher said at the table, i just love ya lil nappy head, 2) the scene in bringing down the house where the elderly lady was sitting at the table and started singing that hymn, is masta gonna sell us tomorrow...ye-yes-yes-yes, and 3) as she told me she didnt have any kids, I was thinking u want me to be ur lil blk, adoptive baby huh
