Some even more things I found helpful in group in the past! Mindfulness- you control your mind rather than it controlling you. Emotion mind- your emotions are in control of your thoughts/ behavior. Often when people self-injure or do other impulsive acts. Your emotions are in control of you. Reasonable mind- Just the facts Helpful to make rational, concrete decisions, sometimes too rigid. Black or white thinking. Wise mind- A blend of emotion and reason. Able to have judgment and think rationally but also able to feel and express emotion.
