As we all are passed through this same old fashioned Education Pattern and we found we still 20 years back what we can get actually just because of our leaders , our education minister they need to concentrate because what we are studying it is already discovered a long back but still we are studying the same , along this additionally new technology must be added , Research and development is must for any country to help himself and his country bright future. Government should help in build ideas of young generation because its the only time when multiple number of ideas collected together and provides a good product. Do you know in each and every biggest MNC Co. , Research Center , NASA or any Scientific organization we will find indians are everywhere in a large No. , who are working or doing a job for foreigners still being a master mind of innovative creative idea. & reason behind the success of them. We are doing hard work but foreigners are doing smart work because of lack awareness we are getting fail each and every year because of our pathetic education system its not like our country is not developing excellent minds . Our country is making but people have to take help of other nation to convert their success its just because of lack support from our country. we very proudly take the name of Steel king worlds richest lakshmi narayan mittal , google ceo sateya nadella , Sabeer bhatia founder of hotmail , Sundar pichai is in race of microsoft CEO at the age of 42 and many more... are indians but what we have done for them. infact we are lossing ourself to become developed country thats the only reason why we still called developing country our all indian talent is working for other company. So by doing doing work for other how we can think about to be on the top. many of us just focuses upon what degree we have to do without knowing about what the use of it in a right manner. 99 % people think about doing a job for some company even instead of stand up their own company. and being a more competition in market its not easy to take a job and according to our research we found that people are not aware of many no. of fields in which they can achieve a good career . But our mentally is also like to follow some other foot steps like ill be an engineer or doctor. Now days in each and every house on average 1 engineer is found.....is it we require this much no. of engineers. No, Please wake up there are many fields as well where you can bright your future but still lack of awareness So again Question rises upto government what they are doing to aware young generation foreigners are king we are labours for them. They know indians have a good intelligent mind but they do not have resources and options to use it. A general Scenario which is going on current days ... Outsider company getting a project on very good high budget scale and they are investing in india to use their mind & knowlege in a less rate by paying them less amount of money .Generally company pays only 2% to their employes and india is that country where competition is too high for job seekers. Even we found many no. of people are ready to work for co. even without getting a pay for their work because they do not want a black spot on their resume because of not belonging to any company after their graduation. We do not belongs to any party but we belong to all our country young upcoming indian people. we will raise all of your voice to higher level.Here we are highlighting some more key points along with this video which is not mention here in this interview by Arvind kejriwal. China and USA is a biggest growing booming economy of the world and mostly entrepreneur comes from these countries. As USA generally introduces the idea to the world and by using its all modern Technology provides the good product to the world And CHINA is the worlds no. 1 exporter in the world because of providing a very less price product to the world and their many of them have their own workshop and because of largest population in the world they are ready to provide product in bilk order to customer at a min. Price and this helps in booming their country. So we ask to our government ....please provide us 1.) General awareness magazine To get a job in government each and every Sectors , what kind of education needed and examination name in detail . 2.) Government should motivate & help in build Youth ideas and dreams to make a history for world. 3.) Government should held an annual program each and every year on national level in which candidate put an idea how it could become great and it will help our youth too. 4.) Government should introduce new technology and resources with all possible methods This will help our country and our upcoming youth Dreams. This will create a large no. of jobs , Large no. of money , Respect towards our country. If we will have Good amount of money then it will help in good Security and will help in to get modern technology with our research and development too.
