Some friends contacted me personally to ask where they can get some of special kitchen items which I use for my cooking. There arent many; my secret is only with a few good quality ingredients; olive oil, variety of good salt (flakes or Fleur de Sel of all types) and fish sauce are among a few I cant be without as they are the heart of my 2 worlds of cuisine. And for years, I have been using nothing else but this specially made, pure Tuscan, first-pressed only, extra virgin olive oil from Riseccoli (where our Chianti and Super Tuscan wines are produced from). That special smells of Chianti woods, pinenuts, earthy Tuscany scents make the cooking so easy! Only a limited number of bottles are brought in to Asia and I prefer them to be consumed within the same year of harvest for their best goodness. (My mum takes a spoonful for her daily Omega 6 dose!). These are not for sale commercially given how much I need for our own use but write me if youd like some.
