Some good news for a change. I bought a MTN sim card for internet only and immediately loaded 2GB in the shop. I asked the assistant to please write the cell number on the package for me which he did. When I loaded more Data from my banking account I never received it. I went back to the shop only to be told sorry I made a mistake with one of the digits. I asked him who now has to pay for this data that I have lost because of his mistake but he told me he is only human. I came home and sent an email to MTN customer service explaining the problem and attaching copies of the package and the transactions. I was very surprised to receive a phone call telling me they would refund me but they will do it directly to the cell number so I can purchase myself again and receive the extra 2 free GB instead of them just loading the 2GB directly to the number. Yayy MTN seems to be waking up. I am impressed!!!
