Some grea tips for attending a Wedding Fair: ~ Print out labels with your contact info, youll be signing up for a ton of drawings and it gets tiring to write it all down several times. ~ Bring a friend or family member that will also enjoy the experience, they may be able to help you make decisions and or might think of a question for a vendor that you had not originally thought of. ~ If you have the chance to go to the early bird registry, please take advantage of that. There are less people and you can get a much better one on one visit with vendors. ~ Wear comfortable shoes, you will be doing a lot of standing and walking. ~ Have some questions already prepared for the vendors you are hoping to talk to. Once you arrive, it is quite overwhelming and its hard to remember all the questions you had. ~ If you have checks, bring them. Not all vendors take card (we do), but if you are wanting to pay a deposit on the spot, it might be easiest with checks in hard. Most importantly, after the wedding fair, put a depost down on your selected vendors as soon as possible. Almost all photographers, d.js and wedding planners start to book up after this wedding fair, the sooner you do it, the better!
