Some humor and Lightness - Poached Eggs - Lasheen Style Poaching an egg is not for the faint of heart. First you have to spot a wild egg in the...err...wild. This takes a lot of experience. You have to be downwind else the egg can sense you. Some people smear elephant dung over themselves to mask the human pheromone. These wild eggs unlike their domesticated cousins, dont move in dozens. They are rogue eggs and you can only spot them alone. Which makes it all the more difficult to poach them. And given their size, one has to have eyes of an eagle and the predator instincts of a military sniper. The most delicate aspect of poaching an egg is getting a trough of hot water under it at the exact moment its shot. Its exoskeleton is so fragile that many an inexperienced hunter has failed to poach one perfectly. As a result, the wild population of such eggs has dwindled. Poaching an egg in the wild has now become a non-bailable offence. Think Salman Khan...Blackbuck...hunting...
