Ballymena,Castledawson and Cushendall weigh in clinics will be released over the next few days. 4. Those of you who have completed Shrink 1 weeks 1 to 18 can now move into the brand Shrink 2... Shrink 2 for all venues will be released very very soon possibly Monday. 5. Remember you can do the online shrink plan anywhere and anytime and no need to book in just simply follow the steps on shrinkcompletefitness and take it from there..
