Some in this group have stated that we are overreacting. I would like to address that. The path of least resistance is always the easiest. That path in the current context would be to just do nothing; accept that you have been swindled and move on. That would be easy. And that is an individual choice. I dont have a lot of (literally) disposable income. So dropping $100 on junk is not something I am excited about. Consumers do have rights. I work for verizon wireless. When my company makes a mistake, we research it and come to a resolution. Verizon finds keeping customers (and word of mouth advertising) to be quite important to their business model. If someone purchases a product, lets say a samsung galaxy gear smartwatch, there is a clear refund/exchange policy of 14 days. For whatever reason they are not satisfied with the product, we refund them every penny. Is it so different to expect the same from kreyos? I dont think so. Ill say it again: consumers have rights. I believe those rights appy to the product I purchased from kreyos. I do not think we are overreacting at all. I think we just want out rights as consumers to be respected and acknowledged. What do you think?
