Some interesting events coming up at the Pittston Memorial Library! *We are so excited to announce that our second Frugal Living Group event will be Extreme Couponing 101 presented by Misericordia Universitys Campus Clippers on Thursday November 14 at 6pm Space is limited so please call 570-654-9565 or email us your reservation to pittstonlibrary@yahoo *From now until November 14 we are collecting holiday greeting cards for our troops. The cards can be store bought or handmade. Sign with your name and a holiday sentiment but please do not seal the envelope and drop the cards off at the library. With your help we are hoping to exceed last years amount of 400! *Our Friends group did it again, they created a gorgeous Holiday basket filled with everything you need and more for a great holiday season. Tickets are just $1.00 each and proceeds benefit library programming. *On December 19 from 5pm to 7pm we are going to help you find cash in the new year through PA Unclaimed Property for PA residents. All crafts are handmade, a bake sale, book sale, scavenger hunt and reindeer food bar. *Lego Club will be held every Monday at 4pm. No need to register, just come by for some fun! *Grandparents support group is being held the 4th Monday of each month at noon.
