Some lovely feedback received from one of our Alarm clients today (Thanks Mr Daly!): Having made up my mind to install an Alarm System. Ash Lock & Secure was recommended to me by my local Lock installer. Mr Stuart Wells (Mr “ S “ to me) came round. From our first meeting I had Respect for him, something that does not come easy for me when you learn to distrust Tradesmen. Without being a Sycophant , I found M “ S “ areal Gent, Helpful and Professional. As a customer all I am interested in is. Points Below. 1 Answer the Phone 9am to 5pm. No Answer Machines 2 Respond to Text and Email messages 3 Turn up when appointments are made, unless cancelled 4 Know what you are doing, show confidence 5 Can the installer do what you require 6 Mr “ S “ was very capable of instructing me over the phone on setting the control box, after I played with the system, he was willing to call out and fix it. 7 There was no charge for a small additional item added on later, however I insisted on paying. 8 On the day of Mr “ S’s “ visit I agreed there and then to purchase and install my System. 9 Mr “ S “ will make call backs/visits to make sure my complicated exterior Alarm System works. 10 I would be Happy to stand up Praise and Recommend Mr “ S’s “ Workmanship.
