Some money should go toward clearing land on the rest of cap. Clear all the bushes and build a road and sewage. For US ppl who can build our own house. They say no lots are available. Well fu*king clear land then. All that bush wouldnt attract wild animals if it was gone. Clear it and I know a few or more ppl who want to build themselves but cant because of no lots. Smarten up n clear all that bush so the members can pay for their own morgatage instead of waiting for you the band to build thousands of houses. Why not let us pay for our own morgatage and have our own house without u paying for it. And nevermind letting ppl claim land on something they cant pay for. Give it to the ppl who have the money build on it. New days New ways.. U have the money to pay for a lot then u should be able to build on a empty lot.
