Some more 10cc, another great cynical view of love. (One of the only ones I have anymore)... This one... This one really hurt, more because I just dont understand how people just... go. I can apologize for an act, but I cant apologize for someone not wanting to accept me. This one, though... It stings, but you cant make people feel what they dont, and its not right for me to try and convince them otherwise. If I end up on the top of a mountain on a deserted island, It still wont make me different. My closest friends and family understand this, whats different in them that they see and love me for me? Oh shit, used the L word again... I know Im socially awkward, but thats just who I am. I just dont understand how I inspire so much fear in others. Maybe I never will. Anyway: this letting go stuff sucks, but what else is there... Ive already lost too much time These wounds cut deep, but they will heal in time, and the scars left are just a reminder, of the laughter and the follies... But even scars can be beautiful.
