Some more news from ABC The Darwin Port Corporation says it is on track to export a record number of live cattle this year, with almost 370,000 head being shipped out. The previous record for 12 months was just over 360,000 cattle in 2008. The Northern Territory Cattlemens Association says the live cattle export industry is rebounding after the 2011 export bans, despite the political fallout from the Indonesian spying scandal.
