Phase 3 desserts P3 Apple Crepes 6 eggs 2 Tbsp coconut flour pinch sea salt 2 Tbsp coconut oil for pan 3 apples 1 tsp Cinnamon 1-2 Tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla Peel and slice apples. Put in a pot with butter, vanilla and cinnamon cook covered on low about 10 mins or desired tenderness Mix eggs along with sea salt and coconut flour till smooth. Allow to sit of for 5 mins. In a skillet over medium-low heat melt a teaspoon of coconut oil to coat pan. Add about 2 Tbsp of batter and tilt pan to make a 6 inch circle. Cook until bubbles form and the middle looks slightly cooked. Flip gently and cook until the other side is golden; about 5 mins the first side and 2 mins on the second side. Top with hot cooked apples and roll. P3 Chocolate Almond Muffins 1 cup almond flour 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp coconut oil or butter 1/4 tspwater 4 tsp unsweetened cocoa 6-7 pck of Stevia Mix and pour into muffin pan. Bake 350 for 15-20 mins Makes about 6 muffins Strawberry Sorbet/Pops 4-6 medium strawberries Approximately 3 cubes of ice Any powdered or flavored stevia to taste ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or cocoa (optional) 2 tablespoons lemon juice ¼ cup water Blend ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a dish or Popsicle molds and freeze until firm. Makes 1 serving (1 fruit) Phase 3 modifications: Add half and half or cream and whipped egg whites. Mix in chopped nuts and freeze for an ice cream style dessert. Orange or Lemon Pops Juice of ½ lemon or 1 small orange juiced Powdered stevia to taste Mix stevia to taste into lemon or orange juice. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze. Makes one serving (1 fruit) Greek walnut cake Ingredients : •1 1/2 cups of sugar •5 eggs •2 cups of semolina (or farina or cream of wheat) •3/4 cup of vegetable margarine, melted •2 teaspoons of baking powder •1 1/2 cups of flour •1/2 pound of crushed walnuts For The Syrup •2 cups of sugar •large piece of orange peel •4 cups of water •1 cinnamon stick Preparation: •Before starting, whisk together the flour and baking powder. •Mix in a large bowl and beat together the sugar and eggs until well combined. Slowly add melted margarine, semolina, flour with baking powder, and walnuts. •Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). •Transfer cake batter to a greased cake pan (or glass baker) and bake at 355°F (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes. •Remove cake from the oven and make the syrup. •Dissolve sugar in the water in a saucepan. Boil it properly and add cinnamon stick and orange peel. Boil for 15 minutes, and then remove from heat. Discard orange peel and cinnamon stick. •Pour hot syrup over the slightly cooled cake and keep aside for a few hours until cooled and the syrup has been absorbed
