Some new alarming findings about chronic sleep loss. Shift workers and others who routinely pull all nighters (I did this while getting my BA at Cornell) may be subjecting themselves to long term brain damage. I used to have catch up nights for my sleep, but evidence is mounting that this approach doesnt work. Thankfully, I rarely subject myself to this type of sleep schedule now, but many people do.
