Some nights, you just want some peace and quiet. Without those moments, one cannot judge their actions and reflect on their inner selves. Quiet can be its own form of therapy, whatever form it may take for you (meditation, yoga, midnight walks, etc) use that when you feel at war with yourself, or when the world may be crashing in around you, as Quiet is something necessary to be confident in yourself, to know who you are apart from anyone else. Silence is a beautiful thing in a world that seems to spin so fast and I dare not take it for granted.
