Some of my thoughts while mowing the lawn tonight: 1. Im so glad I can do this while Ben is away and not have to hire anyone!💚 2. I will reward myself with a frosty cold beer 🍺 at the end of this madness. 3. Speaking of madness, which way are the lines supposed to be - maybe I should zig zag.〽 My brother Stephen always has the best looking yard - he would tell me. 4. Where are all these clumps coming from? They are making this stupid mower stall every couple minutes! Is it bc I didnt have Alex clean up Tessas clumps 💩or is the grass 🌾too thick and wet? 5. Every end of each row 🔃ends with a stalled mower because of the clumps. Annoying. My hands are now green pulling this guk out. 6. Need that beer. 🍺 7. Stalling again. More clumping falling out. Hands are even greener. Should have worn gloves...no point now. 8. Stalling again. Ahhhh - Gas - ⛽ thats why its stopping now. Great I can never get the gas to come out of the can in a single stream! Why did I take this on again?!? 9. This is one hell of a big yard. Not so excited now. 10. Curious - is the clumping Im taking out from underneath the mower which keeps making it stall from Tessa or wet grass? I will DARE not smell. 11. What was I thinking. This isnt cool. Wait - the reward at the end will be good. 🍺 12. Oops - that didnt sound good. 13. Whatever I just ran over made it sound like the blade broke off. 🔫🔪 14. Start again - nope blade must still be on - grass is getting shorter. 15. My hands hurt from pushing so hard uphill. 16. Beer - soon - Im pretty sure I deserve it. 17. Where the heck is the edge of our yard? 18. Ran over another tennis ball. 🎾 I swore I checked for these things! 19. Im going to teach Alex how to do this! Constant clumping/stalling/hands are realllllly green now. Should have worn gloves. 20. Alex has a new chore. 21. My straight lines somehow ended in a diamond. 🔷 22. Im not cut out for this! 21. Having that reward now! 🍺
