Some of our bigger resident decided to show this week with 3 different 35lb + fish on our banks. Danny Brown finish his 2 week session off, on a high! smashing his PB by 7 lb +, With a 35lb 8oz mirror, He netted 7 fish during his stay all taken on a KD style baited with 2 pieces of fake corn fished over particle. I managed to wet a line this week, My slow period changed and I was rewarded with a six fish haul including 4 fish over 25lb, All taken with in 10 hours, To topped it off I had landed my target fish with Oliver at 36lb 10oz, I fished a withy pool rig baited with a Sticky Baits pineapple n butyric popup fished over a wide spread of mainline fusion at 40 yards range to a lightly weeded spot. Steven “FROG“ Griffiths, Managed 2 fish during his 3 night session and banked 2 PBs of 26lb 8oz 35lb 9oz, Mike Thornton saved the blank with a 20lb common, There were also 5 mid to upper double that hit the bank.
