Some of the foods at the dinner on Wednesday night are available on our shelves and many are locally sourced. Among the local items are the chevre from Chattaroy Cheese Company and the lamb chops from Ramstead Ranch in Ione, WA. In addition, the smoked duck breast from Grimaud Farms in CA can be purchased from us as can the polenta which is a heritage grain (coarse corn) flour from Italy. We will also have the Patton Valley Vineyard wines available for purchase at the dinner and after.
